About the Role:
The practice is focused primarily on employment law matters, most often on the defense side, along with select related areas. This role is well-suited for an attorney who enjoys litigation, values strong writing, and is looking for a supportive, team-oriented culture.

Responsibilities:

• Handle employment litigation matters, including drafting pleadings, motions, and other legal filings
• Support and manage cases through all phases of litigation, with an emphasis on motion practice
• Collaborate with colleagues on case strategy and client service
• Provide high-quality, ethical advocacy in representing clients

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of recent employment litigation experience
• Strong writing, analytical, and strategic thinking skills
• Effective communication skills and attention to detail
• Client-focused, collaborative, and easy to work with
• Positive, grounded approach to work and team dynamics
• Active California Bar membership (must already be admitted)

Billable Expectations & Compensation:

• Annual billable requirement of 1,600 hours
• Opportunity for additional compensation through extra billable hours, if desired and available
